What: Bucket distribution to Wards Where: Stake Center Cultural Hall 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, Who: Ward YM/YW leaders, Ma’s and Pa’s: will pick up buckets to distribute to the youth of their ward who are going on Trek. The buckets will be used to pack personal items. Also included will be a colored garbage bag for each Trekker to put their sleeping gear in. These items will be loaded on the equipment trailer on June 20th.

What: Committee Member Meeting for all Committee members and Chair, Ma's and Pa's Where: Stake Center Relief Society Room Who: All Committee Teams and Chairman
Tuesday June 20, 2017
What: Ward Check in of equipment and loading of trailers 5:00-8:00 pm Where: Stake Center parking lot Who: All Wards will be assigned a time to bring the buckets, sleeping gear and any other needed equipment to the Stake Center where it will be loaded onto the trailer.
June 21-24, 2017 STAKE TREK 6:00 am (Adults), 6:30 am (Youth)
What: Stake Trek- Westward Ho! Where: Meet at the Stake parking lot to load buses for Deseret Land and Livestock, Wyoming Who: All registered brave souls who are going to trek like the pioneers
